Default Timing cover removal?

What do i have to do to get my lowwer timing belt cover off? Looks like i just have to take off the accessory belts and somehow remove the crank pully.(4 small bolts on the pully right?)

I was under the car changing the oil and i saw something i didnt like, The timming cover is on crooked as hell somehow and its hitting the crank pully and makes a horrible whining noise that varries with the RPMs. Hopefully i can take the cover off and put it on properly, or at least trim it a little so it stops screaming.

best bet if your trying to take it off to leave it off for good i would think is cut it off. I know on the 420a dude that was the worst part of changing the timing belt. there was 3 long bolts that you had to jack the entire engine way up to get out and lower way down it was a NIGHTMARE no explaining it. the crank pulley was hell to get off too. $120 to rent the tool at advance
