My boy know one of the dudes who work up there and
they gave me a decent price for getting my car painted.

And i went to econo.
I got their acrylic(sp?) paint. Most people just get the enamel for that price i think.
I payed 300 w/ 1yr warrenty. I dont know how long the paint will last
but I dont really care because anything was better than I had.

I saw your car at BVP and it came out good for the price.You should have put some mud on it(bondo) for those dents yourself its pretty easy.But hey what can i say mine's not perfect either.

 

Yea theres a bunch of things i couldve done to make it look better but ima bum i guess. The dent on the side can be pushed out if i pop it out from the inside but the thing is i need to cut back some of that metal under the interior panel to get to it. Its in a ackward spot.

The only thing I bondo'd was the plymouth laser wording imprint on the front and back bumpers.
I pretty much debadge the entire car so there is no hint of what it is for someone who doesnt know dsms.

Something was up with that dyno out there, my numbers were horrible,
i made the same numbers at bvp that i made on a different dyno on less boost and less timing and before i even installed cams, and it was sayen i was making 500 something lbs/ft of torque cuz the rpm pick up was wrong plus it was sayen my AFR's were 12.4 which i know for a fact isnt true im tuned at 11.0 no knock. 12.4 I wouldve been blown my engine.

I just think there was too many cars running back to back and they were trying to get so many people in the dyno didnt get to cool properly or either when that 800 something hp lexus got on it mustve messed it up but whatever it was free...
Ima have to redyno when its not a dyno day, too many cars.

I didnt see any other 1gs at BVP except Aaron ( white Talon w/ mean idle)
