Default blow by

recently changed timing belt on 94 nt talon, everything lined up crank, oil sprocket, cams. Now seems to run rougher and have blow by. Never checked timing should that also be adjusted. noob<-----

Blow by is a sign of bad rings. Changing a timing belt has no bearing on the piston rings.
