mines was socketed by Jeff at keydiver.

Make sure you get a zif socket that has the little lever.
It makes taking chips in and out a lot quicker and easier than having to pry it up with a flat head.

Im thinkin about buyin another good condition eprom ecu one of these days as spare.

 

Spare saved my ass. After I posted the thread I decided to take a drive to Orlando (haven’t been there in a while) and visit jester tuning. They had me out the door in 5min. thanks for the input guys.
