Default o2 housing issues!

has anyone purchased the punishment racing o2 housings. I'm just trying to find a solution to fixing the exhaust leak I am having between the o2 flange and the turbine housing. from what I see it looks like the flange isnt sitting all the way flush to the turbine housing but then again I have the damn thing bolted on as tight as i possibly can. any tighter and it's gonna break.

I was wondering if this is common or what. Is there thicker gaskets or maybe layer a few gaskets together I dunno if that would be a good thing or not.

its not that bad of a leak near the top of the flange but I was talking with Dave the other day and he was saying how its crucial not to have exhaust leaks due to the wideband sensor and no the sensor is not going on this o2 i'm putting it on the down pipe. I put a dummy sensor on the o2, anyways thanks and much appreciated.

Hopefully you don't run into the issues I'm having, one thing to be cautious of is, this type of o2 housing with the bung on it is not an ideal place to put a wideband sensor as I hear sensors get overheated being too close to the turbo. Unfortunately I found this out after I made the purchase

Either the flange on the 02 or on the turbo is warped.
You need to put them on a flat belt sander and get them both flat.

Not sure what it will cost. Any machine shop can do it.
If you know of a place by you that machines flywheels than take it there.
