ok i first posted on this thread that i was getting a 1995 eclipse rs. i did some research and checked out a couple sites. but i would like to know what kind of motor that i can drop into the eclipse with no problems..i had found a non turbo 3.0 3000gt motor but im not sure that it would just fall right in. if anyone could help me with this i would apreciate it.

 

there isnt much u can swap into it.. some people on here have built the 420a not sure what all was involved in it but yeah.. idk if its the gs or the rs but soposely one u can bolt an evo 8 or 9 engine into might be wrong.. might get a little expensive.. someone correct me if im wrong somewhere lol

 

just build the 420a, or do not buy it...swap shouldn't even be an option you consider

 

IMO save your money up some more and find yourself a GST.

 

No swaps...well kinda if like wasting $$$ and to make a long story short Save and buy a GST or GSX. This is coming from a guy who has an RS and a GST.
