i am not much of a track racer but i was dead even with my boys car that did a 13.3 @ 103 on slicks and a 13.7 @ 106 on street tires... on the street of course. That was when i was stock motor with a junkyard turbo kit i peiced together. The total build cost of that car was about 3200 including the car. I dont mind being the under dog!

that one is NA and ran 13.3 with 200 whp. These cars do have potential WITH the correct setup. You cant just slap a kit on and throw an fmu on. As with any other turbo conversion car.... tuning is key factor.

 

nobody does work with the n/a motors becuase they take the easy way out () anyone can slap a bigger turbo, fmic, injectors and a tune on a car and be quick.

I pieced a turbo kit for my car together for around $1000 give or take and I ran 8.60s at sunshine on 7lbs and street tires
