i posted this in the suby forum thought it my be a little biast so i brought it over here aswell. alrighty guys i dont have to much money left and i need to make a reliable car. Also Ins is somewhat of a problem (i plead the 5th)

The STi is going to be cheaper and more reliable. The VR-4 is an insane fast car when modified, but costs a lot. Also, the 6G72TT engine has been known to have problems with it, unless you replace almost everything internal. If you have the money, I'd keep the VR-4, but other than that, I'd work on the STi, and build that. Let me know if you wanna sell that VR-4.

The subie would be an awsome car to make fast, but they hit a ceiling that only some serious $$$ can get you past. With the Vr4 the possibilities are endless. Also I would not detroy a fairly new car thats insane, a suby is to nice to turn it into some unreliable toy even if its payed off. I would DD the new car and build the old one.

^+^^, I guess you guys didn't read his first post to well. The DSM isn't going anywhere. Its one or the other for a daily driver. Now with that being said I stick to my previous statement.

If your set on keeping the vr-4 just build it because that car isnt going to be a very good dd stock nor modded...
