Is the crower stage 2 cams a good setup for my gst?
It has a 16g turbo bored out 20 over pretty basic or do you recommend something else?

Bigger isnt always better.
You need to match your cams to the power band of your turbo or vise versa.
You do not want to use a cam that makes its power between 7-10k rpms with a turbo that makes its power between 4-7k rpms.
Thats dumb.

If you want to go fast you need to get your parts working together to compliment one another. To many people dont understand this and its why there are so many cars out there with tons of bolt ons and will never be fast.
