somethin is blocking me out of reverse, i can feel it try to go in if i force it a little, but is it possible that if i put the 5th gear cover on wrong (end cover on the tranny), it would block me out of reverse? the only part of the tranny i touched was the 5th gear cover, everything else was rebuilt by jerry. 5th gear also feels a little funny, but it still goes in. when i put the 5th gear cover on, it did seem like it went on funny, but i wasnt sure if that could cause a problem with reverse.

 

well i took the cover off and put it back on afew times, and the same thing kept happening, so i put the car in reverse, pushed the cover back on, and by the time i pushed the cover back on, it popped out of reverse. is it possible that i have a 1g cover or something??
