I went to Tallahassee this weekend to see a couple DSM guys I use to hang out with up there and started talking about going internal and rebuilding the bottom end of my car. I decided to do it but before I do it Im going to order my clutch disk and TOB and get my clutch working. At that same time Im going to pull the oil pan and take a look at the crank to see how bad the bearings are. If they are good I think it will take a couple of months of money saving to be able to do this. I lent one of my buddies borrow my injectors because Im not racing again till the clutch is fixed. Im going to sell them to him in a couple of weeks to order some 660s or higher. Ive desided to do it:

Port the head
JE Pistons with Crowler/Pauter rods
Sheet metal head gasket
Crankshaft bearings (Fuck Mitsubishi on that one)
Welded center diff
20g or bigger turbo
Web cams
Apex ITC
Porting exhaust manifold
Jeffs dumptube (not for a while still have to run with the 16g till I get more cash)
625+cc injectors with a better fuel pump.
Unorthidox pulley(s)

Goal: high 11s on the track low 12s on the street with out NOS full interior and street tires

Glad to hear your moving your car to the next level. Dont forget to do a balance shaft eliminator kit and a few bucks for TMO ECU mods would help out too. Those balance shafts will be your worst nightmare if you dont get rid of them.
Let me know if you need any help as time progresses.

I forgot about the balance shaft. Its about $75 right? What do you have to do to get it to work?

The one from RRE for $50 is fine. You will need to get the assembly balance which is little more then $100 and you can sling 8-9k rpm no problem. Makes for lots of fun trying to hit the next gear.
Make sure you are going to use a underdrive pulley right away or you will need to get the stock harmonic balancer balanced with the assembly.
