16g has a mitsu turbine housing so you dont need a new exhaust manifold. you will need a j-pipe though for the intercooler piping. and depending on what it comes with you might need some other things like oil lines, maybe the o2 housing, but nothing big.

if you get a t3/t4 you have to buy a new exhaust manifold and probably a wastegate along with o2 housing stuff and oil lines, some new intercooler piping and stuff like that.

in short, start with the 16g, the big turbo is gonna be useless if you arent setup for it.

Should also consider getting bigger injectors/fuel pump while your at it too.

stick with a t25,it would be safer if you dont know much, maybe a 14b,but you need a j pipe, and slightly modify your intercooler pipe, and oil feed line

800 bucks or so. for you a 16g will perform much better though. you wont be able to use a big turbo like that, it will spool up by 4500-5000 rpms, and youll only be making the same power as you can with 16g by 3000 rpms. when you start shooting for 400+ hp, then you should get one of those.
