the 14b exhaust housing and the evo III exhaust housing is their any difference

yes or at least on the evo 3 turbo I used to have. the inlet inside diameter was larger. I'm not sure about the rest it's been a while.

You can use either but they are different.
One is a 6cm housing and one is a 7cm housing.
The evo3 housing is also made with a different metal and is lighter.
