Well that sucks
Last week my tranny was making some funny noises, so last saturday I stuck in a new tranny with a lot less miles, a new clutch and a rear main seal. Cleaned up everything underneath, looked nice and new.
This saturday on my way to Ybor, I blew a heater hose and my truck over heats and blows the headgaskets. Didnt even know it till a song changed and I hear my motor detonating like crazy and see the temp gauge 3/4 of the way up. I clutch and start to pull over and the engine just dies. You crank it, it sounds like it has no comression in any cylinders. I hope I didnt hurt the motor cause its a bitch to find stuff for this truck.
Then I had to wait almost 2 hours for a tow truck, I had to take a shit, so i found some tries on the side of i275 before you get into tampa and took a shit, thankfully I keep TP in the truck.
Just pulled most of it part, waiting for my boss to show to pull the rest of it off and see what I ahve to work with. I was hoping to make it to 300k miles without any issues, but I guess not.

im pulling the head off, but I lack a way of breaking the balancer bolt loose, got one of those fancy electric impact guns?
