PRO SPEC adjustable coilovers are design to provide ride height adjustment from 0" to 4" inches (depends on application) while maintaining a comfortable ride. The coilovers springs have a tensile strength of 1660 to 1810n/sq mm. The strut sleeve is comprised of CNC machined from forged 6061 T-6 Aluminum. The set of four coilovers come complete with "O" ring spacers to adapt kit to most factory and aftermarker shocks, customer adjusting wrench and set of screws.



Are these good coilovers ? And do i need to get new shocks?

dont even waste your time lol..those will ride like ass.. might as well cut your stock springs and save the 100. and if you were paying more then i dunno man..do not waste your time.the only coilover set like that i would buy would be ground controls, or a real setup.

 

Long as you dont lower it more than 2inches and long as you have some really good struts it should still be ok. I believe koni yellows work the best for the 1g but I may be wrong, and i personally wouldnt lower it more than 1.7in, Ive done a 2in drop before and it doesnt do much for the dsm in terms of handling due to the strut being too short as it is theres very little rebound. Ride will be harsh. But I didnt have good struts at the time either so.
