have we checked the fuel pressure?
if the pump is dieing, it will rev out with no load on it, but when you try to drive it, (increase the load) it will sputter out...

(same symptoms if the compression on one or more pistons is off... might want to do a compression check too)

Does it studder when you really give it gas? If you slowly accelerate (like 20-30% throttle)does it drive normal?

what other stuff did you change? Did you change this stuff before or after you had the problem? What did you gap your spark plugs at? are all vaccuum lines connected? All intercooler piping connected and fine? Are you recirculating your blow off valve or venting to atmostphere(do you have a hose going from your blowoff valve to your intake pipe)? Is the clamp that secures the intake pipe to the inlet on the turbo secure, and in good condition? Do you have any exhaust manifold leaks? Are all electrical components securely connected? Most importantly, is your MAF sensor connected?

when you are not moving the car is fine, but is the car fine if you were moving and you put the car in neutral? Also, is it a 5speed or automatic? When you are in neutral and not moving, where do the RPMs sit?

check out all these things I mentioned, and then come back and one by one list everything you did.
