the motors are a touch different. i can't remember the proper term but it wont work. it had different angles or something. anyways. The 4g64 head is a sohc you can use a kia optima head or a evo 8 head to make it dohc.

if you wanna just boost it you can use a 2g turbo manifold all you'll need to do is have someone make you a custom downpipe. then everything esle you can buy in kits if you would want to do it that way. you wont have to do anything aout the tranny if your automatic. you just wont be able to push 16psi. The most i would push without a tune is 8-10psi. after toon the tuner will be ale to tell you how much. most likely 14-17psi.

Its not hard to turbo it. it sounds like you really want a simple set up. i would go for 8psi with a simple turbo kit and front mount. Trust me do some research its not hard.
