My buddy calls me up tonight and tells me he bought a new Mazda 3 speed. He tells me he wants to race and to meet him at the gas station, I meet him there and we jump on a private road near by. 2nd gear 40mph roll, honk 3 times and we go. He pulls ahead of me by about 1 car and stays there threw second and beginning of third. When i shifted into third i started to pull then i began to creep and one of my pipes blew off. It was too dark for me to fix it but i was really amazed with the 2007 Mazda 3 speed. Has anyone else ran into boosted Mazda's on the roads?

My car is untuned so keep that in mind, however i can admit defeat. My clutch is starting to give however i dont think thats the reason i lost. My car pulls and is alot faster then the t-25... i just hope when my neo gets here wednesday and my injectors go in i will se a differnce... becuase i feel like a punk

the MS's are no joke...tranny's are a little iffy ive heard when you start to up the power a lot, but otherwise will run like crazy!

I have been in alot of cars, and he didnt walk on me at all however i was amazed how he was even on the same page as me. I was expecting to leave his ass and it didnt happen. I took a ride in it and the thing puts you back in your seat.. i am impressed... they might not be fast but they arnt slow.

The mazda 3 speed is turbod just incase some people are not familiar with the car. He had what looked to be 3 in intake however he said he was stock... idk

they're in the 270hp and tq range. one of the magazines did a test to see if it really was governed at 155 on the autobahn, and it pulled to almost 170. mazda tricked everyone!

they run about 14 flat with good driver. is that fast? a nicely setup 16g car can go high 11s. fast is such a broad term. can mean so many diff things to diff people.

SO true. BUT, how many strong 16g cars are out there daily driving reliably? and a 14s DD is really good, especially being a 5dr and so forth...ive heard mid 300 to low 400hp is easy from the MS3's and 6's

I have no doubt when im tuned and boosting 18psi maybe more i am going to walk on him. He took the car up to 150mph before he shut it down and i was amazed! The car pretty much pulled the whole way there. when im tuned we will race again.

again, hes BONE stock too tho. and i have no idea how much the 5dr hatch weighs. its an amazing car for the price. and everybody was amazed with what the srt-4 did for around 20k

but the MS3 and 6's are in the evo and STi range
