Default CRank question

ive herd turning a 6bolt crank will cause you to spin a bearing has anyone herd of this ???

just somthing i was told im not spitting names im just getting ideas but has any one turned a crank 10 under and put it all together and its been sucsessful

Not that slowboy racing is a great company or anything, but they sell remanufactured cranks that are turned 10 under and they sell for $550. I think it will be fine, my crank is currently 10 under but I havent started the engine yet. As long as you use the right bearings I dont know why anyone would state that, People will argue that turning the crank eats through the nitriding coating, and others will say it penetrates as deep as 15 under. Never heard about a bearing being spun because of this though.
