1983 Dodge Challenger?
I'm getting a 1983 Dodge Challenger soon and I'm considering modifying it.
It has the G54B (4G54) engine similar to the Conquest/Starion/Sapporo, 2.6 sohc 8v, Carbureted.
I want to turbocharge it, keep it carbureted, and I want to do it right. I think this would be the perfect sleeper project. I like the body style, and the engine looks damn easy to work on.
Does anyone have any experience with these or have any opinions or advice?
What about mods for it? I believe it's the same as the Conquest/Starion. The carburetor has a lot of sensors (??) on it, and it seems as if it is somewhat computer controlled. I don't fully understand that.
