I hate Dale Mabry HWY, im in the middle lane behind traffic that's not moving to a green light, so I put my blinker to the left, checked my mirrors, pull out to switch lanes and boom! I hit a damn 2007 Nissan Maxima right on its fender and I completley destroyed mine. Her fog light broke and the bumper is deeply dented on the corner and theres a scratch on her rim and her fender is bent and dented but still driveable. This rich bitch gets out and im like FUCK! I was driving on a suspended license for a year and I already have over $1000 in tickets that are over a year old I never touched and im fucked now. Then the cop comes and I lie to him and say my mom was driving and she tells him i was driving so I told the truth and at this point im even more fucked. But the best part of the story was when her husband comes and says "the rims on this car are worth more than his car" and then he says "im glad everyones okay, I have to get my wifes car fixed" then I say "well I can get my car fixed for cheap" then he says "I dont give a fuck about your car". I came so close to punching this old fart in his face but I contained my self. The next day the lady calls me and says the repairs are $3,500.00!!!!!!!! and she'll need a car for 10 days while the shop has her car fixing it!!!!!!!! HOW DOES IT TAKE 10 DAYS TO PUT A BUMPER AND A FENDER ON!!!!????? HOLY SHIT!!!!

 

I hear you man. Sounds like you got a bad situation on your hands there, with the past tickets and suspended license and stuff. It always seems that way unfortunately, in regards to the other person's property damage and/or medical bills. I feel bad that you're going through all of this, and not to be a dick or anything, but that's your fault that you dug yourself into a hole from your past actions. Hate to see that happen to such a nice car too. Anyway though, sounds like you need to get your priorities in order, lol. Take care of the legal shit and stay clean as a driver, then worry about modding your car later. The situation sucks balls and it will bother you for some time I'm sure (as is the case with anybody in an accident), but life will go on. Keep your head up.

well ya know how the assholes are in this world they just see that another person has to pay for there shit so they go to the most expensive place and get every thing redone ya know she got like a whole new paint job and shit i think ya should see where shes going and what shes getting find out what needs to be done to her car and then find a place or 2 on your own that are cheapers and would be for what only she needs not what she wants at least then ya would have something to stand on a little and try and save some money to get ya car going

 

also this didnt happen at like 9 am or so a few weeks back did it? right on the over pass going over hillsbrough?

 

after you pay for this you should drop your pants and stair at the guy..... then say something like "I'll take my blow job now" or "kiss my ass". I don't know man something smart ass as fuck. I hate people like that. I know many with way nicer vehicles than that guys maxima who wouldn't have been such ass holes.

 

That sucks, good luck with that. Newer cars on the road these days costs a lot more to repair for the body parts and then include labor, its pricey!

 

Damn Steven that sucks man...I can't believe you put it all on your mom . I hope you are able to get it fixed soon. $1,000+suspended licences= your fucked!!! good luck though hope you learnd your lesson.

I know this sucks, and this is the first accident ive ever been in. But I knew something was bound to go wrong, the car was driving too good. lol but this happened on wednesday south of fletcher. thanks for the advice every1
