Default Phantom Knock

I am getting false counts of knock and when I go WOT my car bogs like a Bitch and my timing falls back. The guys at brother's tuned my car and didn't find any actual knock counts. The tune is on an AFC but I think that I just have a bad knock sensor. How do I take the knock sensor out and plug everything up just running with no knock sensor?

try a new knock sensor ....

You dont want to ditch the knock sensor, its there for a reason and is an invaluable tuning aid. If you had dsmlink you could turn the knock sensor off at a certain rpm(0-4000 for example) the common range for phantom knock.
If you get knock higher than this, chances are that it is true detonation.

Also, how do I install a new sensor. Someone was saying something about a 24 mm socket is all I need other than a floor jack.

You can not just put a 2g knock sensor on a 1g car unless you are running a aem.
Ground the knock sensor and see if it drives fine.
If it does then get a new 1g knock sensor.

Have you inspected the current knock sensor yet? Like is there goo all over it or do you think its truely that the knock sensor is screwed up electronically?

Safe bet, it is quite common once tuning begins to see bad knock sensors.
There are other possibilties. Ive heard of exhaust rattle..lifter tick...other engine anomalies logging knock counts

Agreed, especially if all the goo is gone then the sensor would pick up alot of extra noise being the sensor's insulator has melted away.

replacing my knock sensor cured about 75% of my knock issues, It is alittle bit of a pain, it's on the back of the block under the head. I had to remove my intake manifold bracket to be able to get leverage on it, hard to get any kind of decent torque on the wrench due to the screwed up angle it will have your arm in. good luck.

A picture from when I did mine, tis is what a bad knock sensor will look like:
