If anyone knows me they know my car and its problems, After fixing the tranny and ording a new turbo, I've just learn it needs a new computer. Anyone know where I can get a computer for a 91 plymouth laser automatic, factory turbo, FWD, Much thanks.

 

Sorry, I need the transmission computer, for the FWD turbo model, and its an automatic, anyone? I cant find on ebay, any ideas?

 

Good luck.Ive only seen two fwd auto 1g turbo's in my time and they are EXTREMELY RARE.I owned one and tom owned the other.I think theres more awd auto's than fwd.I'll look for ya and post what i find.

 

I looked thru my sources and found a few out of state.For the same price i found them your better off rebuilding it.

 

Keep searching for a TCU on ebay.

 

Thats what im trying to do, where can i send it to be rebuilt, and how much? Average price?

 

well, no luck so far, no junk yards have it, cant find it on ebay, only thing i got is Napa auto parts can have it rebuilt for 235, and a couple of other out of state companys have it rebuilt already for, 300!!!!! so im gonna have to go with napa.... is that to much? i cant find the thing any where?
