Default In need of a lil help... 1998 eclipse gst

Alright guys my car is pretty much stock except the evo 8 front mount intercooler, greddy profec, and cone style intake(not the tube just the filter). I am pushing about .7 /.8 bar at redline.. so thats about 12-13lb. The car feels sort of slugish not really a strong pull in second and third gear. I am about to purchase 3 in exhuast and i was wondering if this possibly was my problem (turbo is not able to breath). I do not think i have any boost leaks however what would be some symptoms? And also it could be the fact that my t25 turbo just sucks... (74,000 miles) Anyways thought i would pick at your brains and see if you perhaps would know what the problem is or if there is not problem and the car just dosnt have any balls... lol

thanks guys

no stock dsm feels fast lol..12-13 is just about stock. maybe a little bit more. if i was you get a MBC and put that up to 16psi and take it for a spin..to make your dsm fast..you NEED to spend some money.i would definetly recommend a joeP mbc..cheap and reliable it was one of my first mods.

stock idle should be aroudn 740 give or take a few. i had my t25 boosting 21psi which over course came back down to 16. but i do think a t25 will be ok at 16 psi daily. the 21psi was by accident but it ripped good. and 16 was much better then stock boost.

Sluggishness could be due to a boost leak. I know you said that you don't think you have any, but have you actually done a boost leak test. Could be that your motor might be starving for fuel too. Also check other basic items, like the spark plugs, etc.

Yeah, possibly a boost leak then. As far as wires go, OEM should do just fine. If you absolutely must go aftermarket, then Magnecor would be the way to go.
