take out your battery, upper intercooler piping, that should be everything to get out of your way. its easiest to pull it out the bottom because after you disconnect it from the tranny, you can let it hang out under the car by the big wire and you can disconnect the wires easy like that. there will be a hump on the tranny/bellhousing directly behind the block. take out 2 bolts and drop it down and disconnect the wires. pretty easy. the bolts are long so air tools are nice at a time like this lol.

well the EASIEST way is to take it to a shop and have someone else do it lol

i did notice when i did mine that the shifter cables, cooling lines, and a few other wires and such really get in the way. i just took out the throttle body too, i had to clean it anyways, and move the two cooling lines out of the way. when you pull it out from the bottom, it does work, but its kinda hard to twist it in the right way to ease it out from the spot its in. not too hard of a job though, the ahrdest part was my hands getting tired from wratcheting the two bolts out and then into the new one.

another thing to do is get both bolts in and started, and then ALMOST snug them down and then make sure the starter is in and flush, and then tighten those bolts up. i dont think there is any torque spec for those bolts either..?
