engine turn but wont turn over

ok i have gone from front to back on this stupid car lol. it get gas to fuel rail and wont start. i checked my ecu by putting into a friends car and we took his ecu and put it in mine and still nothin, any ideas ???

Are you getting spark from the coilpacks? Take a plug wire off the spark plug and put in on the valve cover and turn the engine over to see what happens.
