Default New Fp Manifold.

This manifold gives you an option besides the typical EVO3 manifold when making the selection for your beloved DSM. In the past you had your choice of 1G, 2G, or EVO3 cast iron exhaust manifolds. But even though you had three to pick from, they were pretty much all the same. All of them had to be ported to perfectly match the 60mm collector diameter found on all performance DSM turbochargers. And all of them somehow expect the exhaust gas to make a drastic 90 degree turn just prior to entering the turbine housing volute. On top of that, cyl #1 and cyl #4 are blowing directly into each other in all three of the OEM options for exhaust manifold.

Well, that is all in the past now. Our BRAND NEW manifold, the "FPRace Mani", is a high quality investment cast manifold that actually has a full collector built right into it. Now you can have a strong cast manifold that acts like a header. Now you can benefit from having all 4 runners pointing straight down the throat of the turbine housing volute. This is the first ever DSM exhaust manifold to incorporate a true 4 into 1 collector. On top of that the manifold only weighs 11 pounds! the EVO3 manifold I weighed at the same time weighed over 17 lbs. This means that running a FPRace Mani and a FP30 turbine housing can save you over 12lbs in dead weight since the FP30 housing also 6+ pounds lighter than a typical turbine housing.

Additionally, the interior surface of the collector and the FP30 housing interior surface are tangent to each other at the manifold/turbine housing interface. No odd angle, just smooth interior flow from the manifold into the turbine housing. Almost as if they were made to run together

We are sponsoring the Time attack car of Ludachris from the board here with the FPRace Mani and our brand new FP3150 turbocharger (dual bb 50trim stage 3 turbine w/ T04E cover) that will debut within the next 2 weeks, keep a look out for that one! I’m sure he will be happy to share pics and impressions once that time attack car is together.

Now down to the GB info. What we'd like to do is offer this FPRace Mani at a hot low introductory price of $249, that's $50 off the expected street price of $299. Don't freak out, we realize that $299 is already a crazy low price for an item like this, but $249 is even crazier and if you are doing a GB you need a crazy price right? The black ceramic coating (not pictured) will be an extra $75 for those of you interested in coatings.

We will accept advance GB orders for the FPRace Mani starting now. We expect the first batch of the manifolds to be in stock and ready to ship sometime in March. The GB purchases for the FPRace Mani will be filled out of this first production batch of manifolds.

To get in on the GB email Amber@forcedperformance.net and place your order.

The samples are in hand. Some are being coated and fitted to some high profile cars to get some cool installed pics to show, for now I can share a few pics of the manifold not installed. Here goes...

it sounds and looks like a nice piece.

just wanted to let yall know.

Joe has one on the laser.
You have to hold it in your hand to realize the quality of it.
Of coarse it was designed by Ron Shearer. So that along with it beeing produced by FP should tell you of the quality and of how well it will work.
When I put a 16g back on the car it will be with one of these manifolds.

Dane when you get some extra cash this manifold was designed for the FP30 series turbos.

HKS is okay by me. For my taste, the 264/272 combo is ideal (1g, street driven, 16g/20g, bpu).

I don't know what the problem would be with HKSs for 2gs or EVOs (never cared to know, actually). I'm curious now, though.

Im sure its because there are better alternatives to the hks cams. Price is one big difference.
