Charolette's dead...
A Jeep Cherokee pulled out in front of me last night.
My car's totalled.
I still don't know what my car looks like...I was stretcher-ed away...but once I find out what's still working in there, you can bet there will be a part-out!

The most important thing is that your ok. You can rebuild a car. Sorry for your loss.

DSM Part Out
Well, it happened on Friday night, which was the last day at my job. The big problem is that all the money from my last paycheck is going to bills and stuff, and I was supposed to start work today at a commercial moving company. Yeah...I don't think I'll be able to do any heavy lifting for a while, so I'm in an extreme bind. I'm out of money, I can't start work at my new job, I can't go out looking for another job (no car, not to mention that I wouldn't be able to do miles of walking right now) I still owe money on the Eclipse, I need to fill out my prescriptions so I can dumb this pain down a little bit, I need to get my Eclipse out of the tow yard, and to top everything off, I was issued a ticket for not having my insurance card on me. Like I said, I was stretchered away from the accident, but the fuzz managed to follow me to the hospital, ask me if I had my insurance card, and upon hearing that it was in my car, not at the hospital, I was issued a ticket for $176.50 because I wasn't able to present my insurance card. Fucking pigs. Anyway, I plan on parting out anything I can from my car. Subwoofers, speakers, head unit, turbo and other various engine parts (assuming they're in working order), etc.
