I can help you deside what parts to get but you will need to get them yourself. It will be cheaper for you to just buy it yourself direct.
As for the tunning it depends on if you need anything installed and what all you need. Like and extra sensors or if you want to use a maf-t with the link.
You can pm me with what exactly you want.

The maf-t is a gm maf and a translator that allows you to use it instead of the factory mas. FULL THROTTLE SPEED - Item Description Page
It works well but isnt needed.
I would reccomend a 3.5bar map sensor and a wideband.
Both are very helpfull when tunning because you can tap into them and log them with the dsmlink.

If you need to buy a eprom ecu still you may be able to find a used aem for about what all of this will cost.

You have a 2g with a factory 7bolt correct.

I would start with getting a eprom ecu and then have it socketed and get the dsmlink.
We can add the map sensor and wideband later unless you have the money now.
I will check the dsmlink board and see if there any ecus and or 2g dsmlinks for sale used.

You can log boost off the avcr so you wont need a map sensor.
I would loose the B&M fpr and put a stock one back on. Those fpr`s are very problematic.
Get a aeromotive or keep the stock one.
