Default getting a 2nd car what to get?

ok well im keeping the 420a eclipse as my daily and im looking at 2 cars i seen for sale. car # 1 is a 94 honda prelude SI. 5 speed H23 (non vtec). my girl owns one identical to it but auto and its a fun lil car. if i get that im gonna do the h22 swap and just the typical bolt ons. car runs but needs work (runs like crap)

the other car is an 86 300zx turbo. (i have owned 3 already so i can take em apart with my eyes closed). body is str8 with no rust, motor cranks right up, but smokes possable bad turbo. the z includes
1 -T4 Hybrid turbo (new still in the box)
1 - 32x12x3 intercooler
1 - SET of twin turbo 300zx rims (like new and need tires and adapters to go on the car)
1 - Short shifter kit (CNC milled)
1 - generic hks STYLE BOV
1 - chiltons manual (I think I have a hanes one too)
1 - pair of PLAA lights to replace the stock ones
1 - aftermarket ground kit (you know those big ones for the whole engine bay)
1 - pair fuzzy resovoir covers
1 - Greddy/Trust turbo timer
1 - Greddy/Trust turbo timer jump harness( just for the 84-89 300zx)
1 - pair of HKS N1 "style" mufflers

but the car needs paint and some interior parts and no one knows if the smoke is for sure the turbo.

so what do you guys think?

Yea, the Z sounds like the way to go. Ive driven both 4th gen. and 5th gen. preludes (H23 & H22) and they're nothing special.

I wouldn't take on someone else's project especially on thats 20 years old. Honda will be more reliable and like someone said the resale value of that would be much better.
