I have a 97 gst and i would like to know if it would be better for me to buy a stage 3 clutch with the racing flywheel or buy a turbo manifold with the down pipe. Which one is going to give me more horses?

looks like you need to do some research.

 

ur 2g exhaust mani is perfectly fine, ive seen some high horse powered cars with it, umm if u dont have exhaust get that with the downpipe. not worth gettin the downpipe without hte exhaust (my opinion) umm if u got a new clutch and flywheel that wouldnt give u and horse power but it will help out alot compaired to the stock clutch if ur goal in the future is more and more horse power. do a lil research on ur car. ummm idk just my .02

what mods do you have? these arent needed yet if your car is stock.

 

yeah the car is pretty much stock... all i have on it is just the intercooler with the piping and a bigger fuel pump..... i just want to be at around 300 to 350 horse power.

 

i had to replace my clutch first but thats cuz it was wroe out if u add a downpipe u might as well add an exhaust so id go with that combo
