Hey guy, almost got this damn car the way I want it. When I floor the car before 4000 rpm she sputters. I can get away with 5psi of boost until 4000rpm then she hits 19psi. As far as upgrades 16g, gm maf, fmic...ect. I checked for boost leak but I took care of that. New spark plugs and cables. My safc II is tuned to super rich before 4ooo rpm because because when i floor it, it goes super lean.

Super lean before 4rpm and the normal 19psi after wards. I'm thinking o2 sensor might be bad. 560evo injectors...tuned by safc II and gm maf. Please help.

It does it in every gear the exact same thing. Weird!

 

You quoted your own problem. You can not be super rich.

what did you use to tune it with? and how do you know that it is lean?

Well yea I was going by my gauge. But even before I made her rich I was still having the same problem. I just made her rich to see if that would take care of the problem. If I can't trust my guage, then what else do I have to go by? My guage say dead lean under 4rpm then goes to rich after words.

Too lean at low rpm's is what I think my problem is if my guage is correct which I don't think it isn't.

 

the problem with A/F gauge is that they are ther for a light show. so you cant really know if you rich or lean with one. to really know if your rich or lean you need a wideband.
