Default TB spacer

whats up ppl...i got an eclipse with a 420a..stock....not wanting to do much just want it clean and running good...i was wondering wether anyone has a \throttle body spacer on their cars??..do they do anything at all or not even worth looking at?..i just want a little better response when i hit the throttle a little more torque..and NO!! a 4g63 aint an option..if i wanted to spend that type of money id go whole different direction..

As far as I know they sell these only for the 4g64 which came in the Eclipse Spyders. I don't think they are beneficial to our engines.

no i seen one for the 420a its an OBX..def not the best brand out there but not the worst either...i mean it was only like $40, it supposedly indcreased torque a little bit...wasnt sure how beneficial itd be without any headers or intake manifolds...

na dont want no juice its gonna end up being my girls car..just want it to get up little quicker while im driving it...nothing crazy on this car...

yes they do help a little but not worth the 40. i had to retro fit mine out of a rt neon and i used it with spray but the difference was not worth the hassel

i hear you just want to get this thing to go a bit faster on takeoff without having to mash the pedal to the floor....
