Does anyone recognize this DSM?

Whats up everyone....havent had much time to chat on here due to the fact im out here in cali getting ready to be shipped out to Iraq the 17th,,,but anyway im over here at camp pendleton minding my own business walking to the gym and i notice in this parking lot this 2ga eclipse with a 2gb bumper and the most MASSIVE fmic i have ever seen...i look a little closer and i start to recognize it from this issure of sport compact car...it had competed in the ultimate street car challenge in 03/04? not sure what year...i remember it got second place....but just to make sure here goes the pics....i believe the owner is roy navirez, a sponsered driver from rre...

That is Roy's car alright. Last I heard about the car was that it got sold to someone but I dont know how true that is, considering how much he wanted for the car.

Yeah it was in the Sports Compact challenge thingy. Got 1st place on a road course and its a drag car from what I remember

I was thinking the exact same thing. Personally i think the ic is too big. But maybe its just me.

It is definetely the car and yes the FMIC is HUGE! It did fairly well IIRC in the SCC challenge...

It might just be a look alike, I can't tell from the pics, but the real car had a nice cage in it. By looking at the passenger side A-pillar I see nothing to convince me that a cage exists. The one that was in sportscompact car had an evenly cut bumper as well. This one in my opinion is a look alike, but I could be wrong.

the bumper might be evenly cut but looks crooked due to where the bumper curves down, if you look at the first pic it looks straight.
