I talked to this guy and he makes exhaust, he said he can make to order, and to drop him a line anytime.

Theres local places that will do it for cheaper, and you dont have to pay for shipping. Ive had full 3inch mandrel systems made for under 300.

Flangeless, though, right? I went there when I was fabricating the exhaust for my old Talon and they had no 3" flanges. I had to pick up the flanges from A&E (although, apparently Autozone has them too). It cost about $200 for me to build it with a Magnaflow muffler.

 

I used a 2.5 inch flange for my o2 housing, shrank the top of the downpipe to 2.5'' and then went from there, it was all one piece. I had him order all my mandrel bends since he couldnt do it without it being crushbent. My muffler is what cost the most for me. With my new exhaust, it will be all 4 inch with a dynomax bullet muffler in the of the car. Ill be doing it my self though.

 

Will they do the 2.5 to 3 inch downpipe also? Wait...the evo's O2 is only 2 inch right?

 

He can do that. Evo, 1g, and 2g o2 housings are all able to bolt up to 2.5'' downpipes.

 

well.. a pipe is a pipe, but i know i only paid like 400 something for my megan 3" tbe. so.. dunno.
