I've had this problem for a little while, so basically here it is. When I start the car from cold, the rpm jump from 1 to 1.5 and just drop back. It also does this when I'm driving and put the car in nuetral while the car is still rolling. I was told by WhiteFWDsm that it was my ICS (Idle Control Sensor) and was wondering if anyone could take a look at it or know a website I can look at to fix it. Thanks in advance for the help.

I know its some sort of idle surge. Possibly going with the ICS (Idle Speed Controller). Cory (AnthraxNSB) is who I took my car to when I had this problem. Good guy and really knows his stuff.
