I know this isn't the place for this, but i really wasn't getting any help in the general car forum so here's my problem.

im on the verge on getting a GST Eclipse 5 Speed at the end of this month, but i can't drive a stick so i was wondering if somebody can teach me how to drive a stick before i can pick the car up at the end of the month. my pops doesn't want me to get the car and then learn how to drive it on my own, cuz he doesn't want me to burn up the clutch or the transmission, so i want to learn before i get the car and save me money in the long run. i would be able to pay for a short few lessons or whatever's required to make me learn. i appreiciate anybody who helps me, thanks
