Default car cutting out under load???

ok,this is for my cousins 95 eagle talon tsi.....as far as mods he has the following...

greddy fmic
greddy hard pipe's
greddy type rs bov
walbro 255 fuel pump
and he has a 14b turbo

ok this is the problem we are having.....first gear is pefectly fine...second gear right before he reaches full boost the car cuts out then comes back,it will not keep pulling.almost as if the car shuts off.we are lost.we have checked for leaks, tightened the bov tension (thinking maybe it was boosting to much and releasing?) and we cannot find anything........can this be a fuel injector prob?we pulled the fuel filter off today to check it and it was pretty nasty, but i am just wanting to get some opinions so we can be ready tomarroiw when we put the new filter on.any help is appreciated.thanks

Should the ECU ever see an intake air mass greater than a certain preset level, it will stop fuel delivery and spark to the engine cylinders. This 'critical mass' depends on air volume, temperature and pressure, as measured by the MAS sensors. The act of the ECU cutting off fuel delivery to the engine is known as the infamous 'fuel cut'.

Add more fuel. (i.e. larger injectors, a piggyback like the SAFC or DSMlink, and get it tuned.)

okay, the write up says no matter how much fuel is available the ECU will still cut spark/fuel.

I guess DSMlink and overwrite it?

so no matter what I do from this point on until I get DSMlink/SAFC my car will not get faster because of fuel cut?

Get the afc i have for sale and max out the 450s but that only lets you get so far. so then you save some money and buy a fuel pump fuel pressure regulator and some 720s and youll be all set to go to almost any turbo set up you want.
