Default HELP PLEASE!! - - Hydrolock???

Okay, the other day I'm driving and I hit a puddle, not a deep one, and it was probably about 3 ft in diameter. Anyways, my car dies. After stopping on the side of the road, I attempt to start it again, with no luck. My first thought was that my CAI sucked in some water and royally fucked my car, so I'm pissed.
Anyway, it still won't start, after charging the battery, I'm trying to flush out the water by cranking it over, but all I get is the starter clicking. Does this mean my motor is locked up or what, I'm not sure how to tell?

My car is in my driveway, I tried jumping it already, with my jump box and with my navigator which has a brand new battery.

Does what go below the car?

Oh yeah, the filter was right behind the drivers side air dam (2GA front bumper).

Yeah definately ask and find out if you could. I did just suck about 1/4 of an inch of water off of the #4 piston but the others were dry.
Either way, when I do get it running again, the CAI can kiss my ass, I'll get a short ram air or a stock one. The one I have now is a AEM V2.
