i have a GST eclipse and i was wondering is their a blacked out back light kit for the 95-99 eclipse on the market, cuz i don't want to buy those Altezza lights cuz they don't look right on an eclipse in my opinion.

You can buy translucent paint like Night Shades.
I'm pretty sure it's illegal though. A cop just recently told me that your taillights have to REFLECT red.
