You own one now, might as well read up on them. To answer your question its probably around 14psi without a fuel pump upgrade. Around 15psi+ you would hit fuel cut.

Wideband is a tuning tool just like the AFC, you'll need a fuel pump upgrade and maybe a rewire to be safe. Does this car have a T-25? I would worry about upgrading that first because they can't take too much boost.

Kevin, once I have time to meet up with you to get you the motor, we will discuss everything. If you need tips on mods and whatnot, I can answer whatever you need. I still dont have no one here to watch the baby and its 7:12pm.

A wideband will give you a read out of your a/f ... you cant really tune with a wideband

I was running 15 psi all day long on my T-25 and it spiked to like 18 in third and fourth and that was without any fuel mods or afc

Yeah, I wouldn't go more than a couple pounds over the stock level. After that, you're just putting extra unnecessary strain on the turbo. The T-25 is so small that it ends up running out of breath and you will not see any gain from boosting it higher.

If anything, you'll lose performance, because of the turbo spiking and then dropping boost. If you want to push extra boost, ditch the T-25 and get at least a 14b or bigger.

all those support mods dont do much for the t-25 do to the fact that its so small...i believe around 5500 rpm it stops building boost....before i put my 255lph on i had it at 15psi now i have it at 17psi....and guess what...between 13-17psi on the t-25...u dont, well at least i dont feel a damn difference whatsoever...

my current T-25 pulls really hard.... all the way through 7500rpm.

I think it's safe to say (according to 2ndGenDsm, JDMEvo, and myself), that it's not really worth pushing much more, (if any), boost at all.

You may get a slight bit of performance by raising it a couple psi at most. That's basically what the stock guys do when they do the BCS Restriction Removal (like I did). Quite frankly, I didn't really feel too much of a change either. You may get a little more romp in your acceleration at most, but nothing to take home about.

Just start saving up for a 14b or larger and call it a day. 14b's can be had for cheap and give a significant improvement in performance, even with mild tuning.
