ok is there any possible way u can put a 7 bolt in a 1g??? and if soo what are u down sizes like what makes a 6 bolt better then a 7 i thought the 7 made more power but the 6bolts block are alot stronger then the 7bolt but everyone uses the 6 bolt.. help me out.. cuz i can get a 7 bolt motor but i dont wanna get a 7bolt tranny and i know it cant be done but if i were u try somethin could i do it and what are the down sizes??

 

Stick with the 6 bolt. Be patient and you'll find one. 6 bolts came in 90-92 pre May. 92 end May-94 came with a 7 bolt. 1g's are 90-94. PSI Terror is selling one for $500 which is a good deal if the compression is 155 on all 4. Thats probably your best bet.
