It's a GS. It looks like drum brakes on the back. Plus if I'm not mistaken, wouldn't a GS-T not have black door handles? Looks clean

good observation on the drum brakes but the handle looks to have been replaced unpainted because then the mirrors would also be black

Not necessarily. The GS-Ts came with the chromies on 98 and up models. 97's still came with alloys, but the drum brakes are the giveaway.
