Small 16g
Big 16g
Evo 3 16g

There's others but those are the main ones. I ran a small 16g on the tsi I had. Pulled nice on 14/15 psi. Evo 3 seems prefered by a lot of people. Small 16g would be enough for the hp your looking for. Please research and search. These things have be asked too many times.

There's plenty of more websites. If you want a comparison between the turbos go to www.slowboyracing.com and see the descriptions.

Now im kinda new to the whole turbo thing, and ive already done some searches but couldnt really find much, but what are the circumstances for max output from turbos? is that if you were to just slap one on a stock motor and crank the boost up all the way, or is it the maximum they can put out with a full built motor with tons of performace parts like cams ported head and all that stuff? Probly a dumb question but i couldnt find an answer anywhere else.

you dont need a built 4g63 until you get WAY up there. a maxed out evo3 will work with a stock 4g63. but thats probably how much they support. so when you hit 380hp, they get inefficient. lets take the big 16g TD06-16G (large) 365-385hp @ 24 psi-365 with basic supporting mods and probably 385 with a bunch of other mods. im guessing thats what it is. and thats to the wheels

To get near those figures you basically need a well thought out setup with every base covered. Not all race parts for 16g stuff, but pretty much every mod that can help with power production on a 16g. For a setup to max out an Evo 16g, something like- front mount, turboback exhaust preferably 3", 650cc injectors, 264 or FP1 cams, ported/tubular mani/turbo/o2, something like a 2g maf or maf-t, and good tuning with DSMlink or standalone. Maybe an extrude honed intake if you have the cash. Then you basically crank as much boost and timing as you can out of it on C-16, probably 30 psi falling to 24 or 25 on an Evo 16g.
