This is my story, driving down hillborough when I get tried by this yellow z06 with i believe a supercharger, couldn't really tell just knew he has gages and a big tac. My car (gs-t with blown turbo) gets along side this beautiful z06, he looks over, starts smirking and rev his car. I'm thinking sure i'll drive normal, he'll think I don't want to race. Noooooo he waits till there's a long ass gap,still smirking and jolting his car forward to see if he can get me to go. Little did he know I was going. A car with a blown turbo isn't really going to go anywhere.

I was sooo pissed, not at the fact that he tried me o so bad but that I couldn't do anything. I'm saving to buy few more parts(one being my new turbo) but DAMN. Just sitting there smiling back just I don't know DAMN. Felt like running my car into a tree. I pulled over, picked up my pride and drove home. Did beat a guy on a 10 speed. Felt alittle better. Anyway, just felt like venting. I probably could of race distance and hoped he ran out of gas. Bad day.

forget about the turbo, just get a 200 shot of NOS and a V2 AEM cold air intake management powder coated system.

 

trust me we have all been in your shoes.

Well said Jordan Y but I'm still pissed. Now I'm more determined than ever to get my upgrades done. About the big tack, hell it could of been automatic. Not saying I could of beat him with my upgrades but I sure as hell would of gave him all I had. The part that got me mad was not being able to run at all. Car running at peak and the way I want... good lost, but not being able to do nothing but wish he picked another day... not acceptable. With all that said, I drowned my sorrow in a wine cooler. One hell of a buzz too. Damn 6% alcohol, you all be careful with that stuff.

slowly improving though.. the feeling that you get when you have all your shit fixed and a stout well running turbo car is worth it

What those people need those big ass clockwork orange tach's for besides trying to show off is beyond me.

The best races always seem to come up when for some reason they can't go down. If you were running perfect he never woulda been around.
