I wouldn't run more than 14 psi if you want the turbo to live past a few months. The only decent sidemount upgrade is the stock sidemount from a MKIV twin turbo Supra.

anyways back on topic, your wastegate is going to be the final say at what boost creep you may come across. and forget trying to upgrade sidemounts, its a waste of money unless you wanna weld 3-4 cores together and make a fmic out of them. and its been forever since i have been dealing with DSM's...is VFAQ still around? there were instructions for a DIY MBC for <$5

 

Just out or curiosity what does your mom drive-328+ whp is pretty impressive for an mom's truck I must say. Is it a lightning or something?

Those are just a few of the DSM websites out there, you can run 15psi with the T-25, anything past that is pretty much worthless since you will be blowing hot air, and i would love to see you run at the track,
that way you'll find out if you can trap over 100mph or under 14 secs
and by the way, a stock turbo DSM is def not fast
