Depends on the mods and the car. I have seen them go anywhere from $3000-$8000.

i have a 95 white awd tsi, no motor but it has the tranny and everything else is in good condition (interior,paint) it also has a stock looking 3" cat-back, and a eprom ecu. How much do you think that will go for?

Why dont you do some searches on cars for sale and then subrtact around 1500 for the motor work. That should put you at a good base price.
