Default Damn Door

I cant figure out how to get to the outer panel of my door from the inside, to try to knock a dent out, but I can't figure out how to do it without taking out the window and all that other gay shit. Damn thing sucks, I don't want to have to go through all that. anyone got any suggestions?

LOL yeah Im not that stoned, I got the window up. Its a dent this stupid little bastard kicked into my car, right on the top part of the door. So I think the only way that I can get to it is if I get my hands onto a little suction cup and try to pull it out from the outside.
