I need to know if anyone knows who makes the best quality carbon fiber hood. Ive heard of horror stories of clear peeling off and stuff like that. I am thinking about buying a cf hood instead of fixing the stock one.


Also Jordan I have an idea for a sticky. Im not sure if its against the rules but it would be nice if there was a thread with all the dsm sites I cant ever seem to remember them all. Let me know what you think.

VIS makes really good hoods. Fiber Images also is a great company. Check those out and see if you like them, I've seen a few dsm's around here with c/f hoods and the one kid i spoke to said he had a VIS and it fit like oem...

Fiber image are good, all the people I know that have them still look good and have no clear coat issues.

I couldnt find anything on fiber images but i found a few vis hoods on ebay total with shipping is 450 is that a good deal?

I don't know. I can ask to see if it's allowable and I could add it to the FAQ sticky. I think there's something like that on tbdsm but I don't know if it's been updated recently.
