Updates to the FS rules
Made some changes, hopefully make people happy. Some of the stuff sounded good on paper when we talked about it, but didn't work out so well in practice. Highlights-
You can TTT once every seven days now. People want TTT, well, here you go. I saw lots of people just getting their buddies to come in and ask random questions to bump the thread anyway. After the first people complained, I knew people would start working around the rule, and I was right, so on another note, please stop doing that. Not going to name names, just stick to the new one every seven rule.
Umm, eliminated some of the less necessary stuff to make the important stuff clear. The biggest change is the TTT thing, really, since that's what drew the only reasonable complaints. The other big ones are still there- you need to post asking prices, no off-topic posting, no bargaining in threads take it to PM, no random posts of universal parts by non-mitsu people.
Well, enjoy.

Since a majority seemed to want the right to TTT and there were good arguments for it, it only makes sense to reinstate it. If you want to call it breaking down, that's fine, I call it giving the people what they want.
And that is the point of moderating here- to preserve an environment people want to post in. Too much or too little moderation and people are unhappy, the proper balance and things run smoothly and the site grows.Well, I've announced the change, given time for anybody who wanted to make any comments and time for anybody who wanted to gloat about some perceived victory. Time to lock 'er down.
